Bite to eat and bit to read. Chats about nutrition.
About
This ebook grown from my experience of working with very time poor patients - they were plenty of important dietetic and nutritional information that would be beneficial to them but they were too tired to read through page and pages of information
Equally they wanted to cook more at home and cook from scratch but were time and energy poor and could do very little, there were concerns about food costs and overwhelming tiredness after a whole busy day at work.
Food cost was also an additional concern together with desire to avoid waste so many recipes are just creative use of whatever you already have in the fridge be it one egg, some vegetables at bottom of drawer or some sad slices of meat or cheese which had not been eaten in sandwiches.
As my recipes are pretty intuitive like mix a bit of this and that, mix well, pray and hope for the best therefore I included my photos and examples of foods but also links to similar type of foods presented by professional food bloggers with tried and tested recipes to make it easier to follow if you need detailed step by step approach.
As always priced for 1£ to make it accessible and available to as many people as possible.
That is why the BITE TO EAT AND BITE TO READ was created - it contains easy, healthy, cheap and quick food ideas to do in less than 30 minutes (sometimes cooking happens in slow cooker so it’s kind of put things in and forget for 6-8 hours) and short information to read in less than 5 minutes in the meantime with some additional links if you would like to know more.
Hopefully you will feel like cooking and chatting alongside. Come and enjoy. If you like it, please tell others about it.
Best wishes. Magdalena Mokrogulska
